Our Guru

Yogi Ashish Parvate is a dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, guiding students since 2014. His journey into yoga began in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, a place known for its deep-rooted yogic traditions.

He received his professional training from the renowned Iyengar Yoga Centre, Koyal Ghati, where he developed a strong foundation in alignment-based yoga practices. This method focuses on precision, posture, and controlled breathing, ensuring safe and effective learning for every individual.

In addition to this, he has also gained valuable experience at Sant Sewa Ashram, Rishikesh, further strengthening his understanding of traditional yoga principles.

His teaching style is disciplined yet approachable, making it easy for students of all levels to follow and progress. He focuses on correct posture, gradual improvement, and consistency, helping individuals improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
